”Verily, the hypocrites seek to deceive Allah, but it is He Who deceives them. And when they stand up for As-Salat (the prayer),

they stand with laziness and to be seen of men, and they do not remember Allah but little. [Al-Nisa 4, verse 142]

And let not those who [greedily] withhold what Allah has given them of His bounty ever think that it is better for them. Rather, it

is worse for them. Their necks will be encircled by what they withheld on the Day of Resurrection. And to Allah belongs the

heritage of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, with what you do, is [fully] Acquainted.

[Ali-Imran 3, verse 180]

[To them] it will be said, "Enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and wretched is the residence of the arrogant."

[Surah Az-Zumar 39, verse 72]

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever is never thankful to

people is never thankful to Allah.”

Who spend [in the cause of Allah] during ease and hardship and who restrain anger and who pardon the people - and Allah loves

the doers of good;

[Surah Ali-Imran 3, verse 134]

So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily,

Allah is Ever WellAcquainted with what you do. [Surah An-Nisa 4, verse 135]

And who is more astray than he who invokes besides Allah those who will not respond to him until the Day of Resurrection, and

they, of their invocation, are unaware.[Surah al-Ahqaf 46, verse 5]

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,

The Sovereign of mankind.

The God of mankind,

From the evil of the retreating whisperer –

Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind –

From among the jinn and mankind." [Surah an-Nas]

And eat not up your property among yourselves in vanity, nor seek by it to gain the hearing of the judges that ye may knowingly

devour a portion of the property of others wrongfully. [Surah al-Baqarah 2, verse 188]

O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm for Allah, witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people

prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what you

do. [Surah al-Maidah 5, verse 8]

“But seek, through that which Allah has given you, the home of the Hereafter; and [yet], do not forget your share of the world.

And do good as Allah has done good to you. And desire not corruption in the land. Indeed, Allah does not like corrupters."

[Surah al-Qasis 28, verse 77]

Say, "I am only a man like you, to whom has been revealed that your god is one God. So whoever would hope for the meeting

with his Lord - let him do righteous work and not associate in the worship of his Lord anyone." [Surah Kahf 18, verse 110]

[The time of] their account has approached for the people, while they are in heedlessness turning away. No mention comes to

them anew from their Lord except that they listen to it while they are at play. [Surah al-Anbiyah 21, verse 1-2]

Satan threatens you with poverty and orders you to immorality, while Allah promises you forgiveness from Him and bounty.

And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing. [Surah al-Baqarah 2, verse 268]

And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them

reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], "uff," and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word.

[Surah al-Isra 17, verse 23]

Woe to those who give less [than due], Who, when they take a measure from people, take in full. But if they give by measure

or by weight to them, they cause loss. Do they not think that they will be called to account? [Surah Mutafifin 83, verse 1-4]

Even if We did send unto them angels, and the dead did speak unto them, and We gathered together all things before their

very eyes, they are not the ones to believe, unless it is in Allah's plan. But most of them ignore (the truth).
